In my practice, I offer an empathic and accepting relationship that helps you meet yourself where you are and start a journey of meaningful change. My therapy approach is person-centered, relationship based while also incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy skills. Together we look to understand how your emotions, self-talk/core beliefs and behaviors all interact, and look for your key to opening up to change.
I have experience working with social phobia, panic attacks, depression, grief, and trauma. I specialize in helping clients clarify who they are and what they need to create a life of meaning and purpose.
