Kristen Kinsfogel, PhD, PSY 18769

With over 15 years of experience as a Psychologist, specializing in Interpersonal and Cognitive Behavioral therapies, I am currently working in private practice with Young Adults and Adults.  My areas of expertise include Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety; Depression; Trauma; and transition issues including adjusting to school, graduation, and family or job related changes.

I consider myself a collaborative and solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and empirically validated therapy to help clients effectively address current concerns.  I integrate cognitive behavioral techniques (including cognitive processing therapy and emotion regulation skills) and interpersonal techniques that look at role conflicts, self-image, and patterns of interacting with important people in your life.
